Southampton Hospitals Charity are the lead local charity for the ABP Southampton Marathon

Our Fundraisers have already helped transform the lives of the patients, families, and staff at the 4 hospitals across the south coast in so many ways. From pioneering research to enhanced specialist care, they have helped to make sure hospital is a comfortable and welcoming place for everyone.

When you choose to support us

you can create a positive impact. Entries at any distance are welcome and every donation makes a difference:

  • £4 could buy a meal for a carer staying in the hospital with their loved one
  • £10 could buy a new toy for a children’s ward
  • £20 could buy an art workshop for a dementia patient
  • £50 could buy sensory and memory kits for dementia patients
  • £100 could buy gym equipment to aid rehabilitation to get patients home faster
  • £500 could buy a pull down bed so that a parent can sleep beside their child
